Timeless
Architecture
Adorn is designed by DKO, one of Australia’s most well-regarded architectural practices with an established international presence. The building brings a considered addition to the streetscape, with a form that feels grounded and clear in its intent.
Curved elements reference Art Deco influences, adding movement while maintaining a cohesive presence. The façade is primarily brick, with each piece individually laid to create subtle variation and texture. Integrated planting softens the edges, allowing greenery to move across and up the building.
Interiors
Adorn’s interiors centre on a palette of rich timber and natural stone, bringing warmth and texture throughout. Natural stone features in kitchens and bathrooms, including stone island benches, with two colour schemes available: Soleil, a lighter palette, and Ombre, a darker option. Large windows draw in natural light and frame harbour views.
European oak floorboards feature in the living and dining areas, paired with carpet in the bedrooms. Bathrooms include frameless glass showers, stone-topped vanities and freestanding bathtubs, finished with brushed nickel tapware. Every element has been resolved with care, creating homes that feel balanced, functional and comfortable to live in.
